House Bill 2278, enacted as a part
of the state's continuing statutory revision program, is a nonsubstantive revision
of statutes relating to business and commerce. Among other provisions, the
bill codifies the Development Corporation Act of 1979 as Subtitle C1, Title 12,
Local Government Code.
