House Bill 2519
amends the Occupations Code to authorize a person to act as an auctioneer for
an entity if the person holds a motor vehicle dealer general distinguishing
number and the auction is for the purpose of auctioning motor vehicles,
motorcycles, house trailers, trailers, or semitrailers.
