            House Bill 3106, Molly Jane's Law, amends the Government Code to require each state law enforcement agency to request access from the FBI to enter information into the national database of the Violent Criminal Apprehension Program. A law enforcement agency that investigates a sexual assault or other sex offense must enter certain information regarding the investigation into that database.
