Enrolled Bill Summary

House Bill 3303 provides that all governmental acts and proceedings of the City of McAllen to authorize creation of two international bridge boards of trustees, convey real property to the United States for toll bridges, and provide for the management and control of a certain international bridge system are validated as of the dates on which they occurred. The bill makes an exception for any matter involved in litigation and invalidated by a final judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction.
