House Bill 4173 enacts a
nonsubstantive revision of provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure
relating to protective orders, grand jury organization, grand jury proceedings,
rights of crime victims, crime victims' compensation, and the confidentiality
of certain crime victim information.
