House Bill 4210 amends the Education Code to authorize a person who retires from active duty or civilian service while serving a term as a member of a military reservation school district board of trustees to continue to serve for the remainder of that person's term. The bill replaces the authorization for the State Board of Education to adopt rules for the governance of a special‑purpose school district with a requirement to do so.
