House Bill 7, the Woman and Child Protection Act, amends the Health and Safety Code to provide for a prohibition on the manufacture and provision of abortion‑inducing drugs, to authorize qui tam actions regarding the prohibition, to provide for the jurisdiction of and effect of certain judgments by courts within and outside Texas with respect to the manufacture and provision of those drugs, and to set out protections from certain counteractions under the laws of other states and jurisdictions.
