House Bill 707 amends the Transportation Code to define a working day as any day other than a Saturday, a Sunday, or a holiday on which county offices are closed. The act requires a court to dismiss a charge of driving with an expired inspection certificate if the certificate has not been expired for less than 60 days and authorizes a court to dismiss the charge if the certificate has been expired for more than 60 days.
