            House Joint Resolution 2 proposes an amendment to the Texas Constitution to authorize the Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS) to provide a cost‑of‑living adjustment to eligible annuitants of TRS and to authorize the appropriation of money from the general revenue fund to the comptroller of public accounts for deposit to the trust fund of TRS to pay for such adjustments.
