Senate Bill 1210 amends the
Alcoholic Beverage Code to provide for the removal from a retailer's inventory of
uninsured ale, malt liquor, or beer that becomes unfit for public consumption as
the result of a natural disaster and for the subsequent destruction and
disposal of such beverages.
