Senate Bill 1271 amends the
Parks and Wildlife Code to extend current limits on fee increases for wholesale and retail fish
dealer's licenses, retail dealer's truck licenses, and commercial bay and commercial
gulf shrimp boat licenses until September 1, 2007.
