Senate Bill 1955 amends the Property Code to authorize an interest in real property to be transferred or encumbered free of all matters asserted or disclosed in a notice of lis pendens and all other matters asserted or disclosed in the action in connection with which the notice was filed after a certified copy of an order expunging the notice has been recorded. The bill extends the effect of such an expunction on information derived from the notice to any information that could be derived from the notice.
