Senate Bill
1969 enacts a nonsubstantive revision of the Texas Racing Act by codifying the
act and amending the Alcoholic Beverage Code, Business Organizations Code,
Education Code, Government Code, Health and Safety Code, Occupations Code, Penal
Code, and Tax Code.
