            Senate Bill 2295 amends the Special District Local Laws Code to name the temporary board of directors of the LaSalle Municipal Utility District No. 1. The bill provides for the financing of district improvements and recreational facilities with assessments but prohibits the district from issuing bonds payable wholly or partly from assessments.
