Senate Bill 2995 amends the Education Code to require the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board to develop a financial aid displacement advisory for use by public institutions of higher education. The bill requires each such institution to include the advisory and specified information regarding gift aid in the institution's admission application form or provide a link to the advisory and information in the form.
