            Senate Bill 330 amends the Health and Safety Code to require the emergency medical services advisory council to establish a stroke committee to assist the advisory council in the development of a statewide stroke emergency transport plan and stroke facility criteria.  The bill provides for the composition and duties of the committee, elements and protocols required to be included in the statewide stroke emergency transport plan, and certain national guidelines to be consulted by the committee in developing the plan and stroke facility criteria.
