Senate Bill 528 amends provisions of the Alcoholic Beverage Code relating to the acquisition, possession, or use of alcohol by a minor to change a repeat offender's ineligibility for deferred adjudication to ineligibility for deferred disposition. The act establishes that a repeat offender who is not a child is not eligible to receive a deferral of final disposition on a subsequent alcohol offense.
