Senate Bill 571 amends the Alcoholic Beverage Code to authorize the sale, consumption, or delivery of wine at a winery between 8:00 a.m. and midnight on any day except Sunday, and on Sunday between 10:00 a.m. and midnight. Under previous law, the standard hours specified by state law for the sale, consumption, or delivery of liquor also applied to wineries.
