Senate Bill 610 amends the Civil Practice and Remedies Code to grant limited liability to an agritourism entity for an agritourism participant injury or damages arising out of such an injury if an applicable warning sign was posted on or near any premises on which the agritourism activity was conducted or if the agritourism entity obtained a signed written agreement and warning statement from the agritourism participant with respect to the agritourism activity from which the injury arises.
