Senate Bill 763 amends the Texas Clean Air Act, Health and Safety Code, to require the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, at least once every eight years, to conduct a protectiveness review of a standard permit that authorizes the operation of a permanent concrete plant that performs wet batching, dry batching, or central mixing regarding the plant's operation.
