            Senate Bill 774 amends the Utilities Code to continue periodic rate adjustments for electric utility distribution investments under the Public Utility Regulatory Act until 2019.  The bill also requires the Public Utility Commission of Texas to report to the legislature on the results of a study analyzing alternative ratemaking mechanisms adopted by other states.
