Senate Bill 786 amends the Texas Pharmacy Act to authorize a pharmacist to administer immunizations and vaccinations when ordered by a physician and to require the Texas State Board of Pharmacy to establish minimum education and continuing education standards for pharmacists who administer immunizations and vaccinations.
