Senate Bill 800 amends and repeals provisions of the Agriculture Code, Code of Criminal Procedure, Government Code, Health and Safety Code, Human Resources Code, Insurance Code, Labor Code, Occupations Code, and Transportation Code, as applicable, to implement certain recommendations from the Texas State Library and Archives Commission aimed at streamlining reporting requirements for various state agencies and other governmental entities.
