Senate Bill 893 amends the Water Code to authorize the executive director of the Public Utility Commission of Texas to make, at the executive director's discretion or on the certificate holder's request, certain corrections to a certificate of public convenience and necessity, without observing formal amendment procedures, by reissuing the certificate or issuing an endorsement to the certificate.
