Senate Bill 970 amends the Education Code, Health and Safety Code, and Human Resources Code to repeal certain provisions regarding health and human services, including provisions relating to various defunct programs and unfunded mandates and reporting requirements for the Department of State Health Services and the Health and Human Services Commission, among other changes.
