<P>House Bill 2156 amends the Government Code to allow a county commissioners court, regardless of the size of the county or the location of the largest municipality in the county, to contract with another governmental unit or a private person to combine the county's voter registration list with the list furnished by the Department of Public Safety for a jury pool. </P>
