Subchapter C, Chapter 24, Government Code, is 1-21 amended by adding Section 24.530 to read as follows: 1-22 Sec. 24.530. 385TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT (MIDLAND COUNTY). The 1-23 385th Judicial District is composed of Midland County. 1-24 SECTION 2. The 385th Judicial District is created and this 1-25 Act takes effect January 1, 1995. 1-26 SECTION 3.
