Section 24.175, Government Code, is amended by 1-20 adding Subsection (c) to read as follows: 1-21 (c) The 73rd District Court shall give preference to civil 1-22 cases and to cases and proceedings under Title 3, Family Code. 1-23 SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 1993. 1-24 SECTION 3.
