Section 752.006(b), Health and Safety Code, is 1-27 amended to read as follows: 1-28 (b) The warning sign required by Subsection (a)(1) must be a 1-29 weather-resistant sign of not less than five inches by seven inches 1-30 with either a yellow background and black lettering, or with 1-31 background coloring and lettering that conforms to the 1-32 recommendations or requirements of regulations adopted by the 1-33 Occupational Safety and Health Administration for warning signs, 1-34 that reads: 1-35 "WARNING--UNLAWFUL TO OPERATE THIS EQUIPMENT WITHIN TEN 1-36 FEET OF HIGH VOLTAGE LINES." 1-37 SECTION 2. The importance of this legislation and the 1-38 crowded condition of the calendars in both houses create an 1-39 emergency and an imperative public necessity that the 1-40 constitutional rule requiring bills to be read on three several 1-41 days in each house be suspended, and this rule is hereby suspended, 1-42 and that this Act take effect and be in force from and after its 1-43 passage, and it is so enacted. 1-44 * * * * * 1-45 Austin, 1-46 Texas 1-47 May 10, 1993 1-48 Hon.
