Article II, Chapter 173, Acts of the 47th 1-27 Legislature, Regular Session, 1941 (Article 6687b, Vernon's Texas 1-28 Civil Statutes), is amended by adding Section 11D to read as 1-29 follows: 1-30 Sec. 11D. DIRECTIVE TO PHYSICIAN ON REVERSE SIDE OF LICENSE. 1-31 On the reverse side of each driver's license the Department shall 1-32 print "Directive to physician has been filed at tel. #" followed by 1-33 a line that the holder of the license may use to indicate the 1-34 appropriate telephone number. 1-35 SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 1993. 1-36 SECTION 3. The importance of this legislation and the 1-37 crowded condition of the calendars in both houses create an 1-38 emergency and an imperative public necessity that the 1-39 constitutional rule requiring bills to be read on three several 1-40 days in each house be suspended, and this rule is hereby suspended. 1-41 * * * * * 1-42 Austin, 1-43 Texas 1-44 April 28, 1993 1-45 Hon.
