In addition to amounts previously appropriated 1-27 for the current fiscal year, the sum of $200,000 is appropriated 1-28 for the period ending August 31, 1993, from the general revenue 1-29 fund to the Texas Forest Service for reconstruction, repair, and 1-30 equipment replacement required to restore a maintenance shop, 1-31 tools, and fire suppression equipment that were destroyed by fire 1-32 on February 25, 1992. 1-33 SECTION 2. The importance of this legislation and the 1-34 crowded condition of the calendars in both houses create an 1-35 emergency and an imperative public necessity that the 1-36 constitutional rule requiring bills to be read on three several 1-37 days in each house be suspended, and this rule is hereby suspended, 1-38 and that this Act take effect and be in force from and after its 1-39 passage, and it is so enacted. 1-40 * * * * * 1-41 Austin, 1-42 Texas 1-43 April 6, 1993 1-44 Hon.
