1-25 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
1-26 SECTION 1. Section 11(c), Article 4413(37), Revised

1-28 (c) Not later than August 1, 1997 <October 1, 1995>, the

1-34 authority is abolished and contracts entered into by the authority
1-35 terminate effective August 31, 1997 <November 30, 1995>.
1-36 SECTION 2. The importance of this legislation and the

1-38 emergency and an imperative public necessity that the
1-39 constitutional rule requiring bills to be read on three several
1-40 days in each house be suspended, and this rule is hereby suspended,
1-41 and that this Act take effect and be in force from and after its
1-42 passage, and it is so enacted.
