Section 26.027(b), Water Code (effective until 1-25 delegation of NPDES permit authority), is amended to read as 1-26 follows: 1-27 (b) A person desiring to obtain a permit or to amend a 1-28 permit shall submit an application to the commission containing all 1-29 information reasonably required by the commission. The commission 1-30 shall, at minimum, require an applicant who is an individual to 1-31 provide: 1-32 (1) the individual's full legal name and date of 1-33 birth; 1-34 (2) the street address of the individual's place of 1-35 residence; 1-36 (3) the identifying number from the individual's 1-37 driver's license or personal identification certificate issued by 1-38 the state or country in which the individual resides; 1-39 (4) the individual's sex; and 1-40 (5) any assumed business or professional name of the 1-41 individual filed under Chapter 36, Business & Commerce Code. 1-42 SECTION 2.
