Section 497.033, Government Code, is amended by 1-27 adding Subsection (g) to read as follows: 1-28 (g) Sections 403.094(h) and (i) do not apply to the 1-29 industrial revolving fund. 1-30 SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 1993. 1-31 SECTION 3.
