   1-21                         A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
   1-22                                AN ACT
   1-23  relating to the management of certain funds of the institutional
   1-24  division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
   1-25        BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
   1-26        SECTION 1.  Section 497.033, Government Code, is amended by
   1-27  adding Subsection (g) to read as follows:
   1-28        (g)  Sections 403.094(h) and (i) do not apply to the
   1-29  industrial revolving fund.
   1-30        SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 1993.
   1-31        SECTION 3.  The importance of this legislation and the
   1-32  crowded condition of the calendars in both houses create an
   1-33  emergency and an imperative public necessity that the
   1-34  constitutional rule requiring bills to be read on three several
   1-35  days in each house be suspended, and this rule is hereby suspended,
   1-36  and that this Act take effect and be in force from and after its
   1-37  passage, and it is so enacted.
