1-22 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
1-23 SECTION 1. Section 62.014(e), Parks and Wildlife Code, is
1-24 amended to read as follows:
1-25 (e) The commission may maximize the utilization of volunteer

1-28 Fees collected under this subsection shall be deposited to the

1-31 retain an amount from the fees collected by the instructor under
1-32 this subsection to cover the instructor's actual and necessary

1-34 SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 1993.
1-35 SECTION 3. The importance of this legislation and the
1-36 crowded condition of the calendars in both houses create an
1-37 emergency and an imperative public necessity that the
1-38 constitutional rule requiring bills to be read on three several
1-39 days in each house be suspended, and this rule is hereby suspended.
