Section 791.013, Government Code, is amended by 1-28 adding Subsection (c) to read as follows: 1-29 (c) All property that is held and used for public purposes 1-30 by the administrative agency or designated local government shall 1-31 be exempt from or subject to taxation in the same manner as if the 1-32 property was held and used by the participating political 1-33 subdivisions. 1-34 SECTION 2.
