                                 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
    1-1                                AN ACT
    1-2  relating to the disposition of game killed illegally within city
    1-3  limits.
    1-4        BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
    1-5        SECTION 1.  Subchapter B, Chapter 12, Parks and Wildlife
    1-6  Code, is amended by adding Section 12.1102 to read as follows:
    1-7        Sec. 12.1102.  DISPOSITION OF CERTAIN GAME WITHIN CITY LIMITS
    1-8  The department, when requested by authorized representatives of a
    1-9  municipality in which a game animal has been unlawfully killed,
   1-10  must transfer the game animal to the municipality in which it was
   1-11  killed and the municipality shall display the game animal in a
   1-12  public and secure location within the municipality.
   1-13        SECTION 2.  The importance of this legislation and the
   1-14  crowded condition of the calendars in both houses create an
   1-15  emergency and an imperative public necessity that the
   1-16  constitutional rule requiring both to be read on three several days
   1-17  in each house be suspended, and this rule is hereby suspended.
