                                 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
    1-1                                AN ACT
    1-2  relating to the disposition of game killed illegally within city
    1-3  limits.
    1-4        BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
    1-5        SECTION 1.  Subchapter B, Chapter 12, Parks and Wildlife
    1-6  Code, is amended by adding Section 12.1102 to read as follows:
    1-7        Sec. 12.1102.  DISPOSITION OF CERTAIN GAME WITHIN CITY LIMITS
    1-8  The department must donate any game illegally killed within the
    1-9  limits of a city to the city in which the game was killed for
   1-10  disposition.
   1-11        SECTION 2.  The importance of this legislation and the
   1-12  crowded condition of the calendars in both houses create an
   1-13  emergency and an imperative public necessity that the
   1-14  constitutional rule requiring both to be read on three several days
   1-15  in each house be suspended, and this rule is hereby suspended, and
   1-16  this Act take effect and be in force according to its terms, and it
   1-17  is so enacted.
