H.C.R. No. 82
                              HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
    1-1        WHEREAS, January 8, 1992, was indeed a special day for Robert
    1-2  Barry Nathan and Tambra Lea Nathan, for it marked the occasion of
    1-3  the birth of their beautiful baby daughter, Tyler Marie Nathan; and
    1-4        WHEREAS, Though conceived in Texas, the charming Miss Nathan
    1-5  was born in Lake City, Florida, but with distinguished Texas
    1-6  lineage; and
    1-7        WHEREAS, Tyler, who weighed 9 pounds 13 ounces and measured
    1-8  22-1/4 inches in length, was born over Texas soil because earth
    1-9  from the heart of Texas was placed under the delivery room table at
   1-10  Lake Shore Hospital; Mrs. Nathan also had a Texas flag over her
   1-11  head while she was giving birth to pay tribute to her roots as the
   1-12  descendant of five generations of proud Texans; and
   1-13        WHEREAS, Tyler's birth has brought great joy to her delighted
   1-14  grandparents, Gloria Nathan and Kim LeRoy O'Hara and Jimmie Ann
   1-15  O'Hara, the baby's great-grandparents, Marie Watkins O'Hara and
   1-16  James Claude Warren and Anna Wandera Warren, and to her older
   1-17  brother, Tucker James Nathan; and
   1-18        WHEREAS, It is indeed fitting that this charming young lady
   1-19  be accorded special Texas citizenship; now, therefore, be it
   1-20        RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 73rd Texas
   1-21  Legislature hereby officially recognize Tyler Marie Nathan as an
   1-22  honorary citizen of the Lone Star State of Texas with all the
   1-23  rights and privileges appertaining to such citizenship and
   1-24  congratulate Robert and Tambra Nathan on the birth of their
    2-1  daughter; and, be it further
    2-2        RESOLVED, That official copies of this resolution be prepared
    2-3  for Tyler and her family as an expression of high regard by the
    2-4  Texas House of Representatives.
