H.C.R. No. 162
                              HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
    1-1        WHEREAS, H.B. No. 1116 has passed the house of
    1-2  representatives and the senate and is being prepared for
    1-3  enrollment; and
    1-4        WHEREAS, The text of current law as set out in the senate
    1-5  amendments to H.B. No. 1116, in which the house of representatives
    1-6  concurred, omits from current law language that is not intended to
    1-7  be repealed; now, therefore, be it
    1-8        RESOLVED by the Legislature of the State of Texas, That the
    1-9  enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed to
   1-10  make the following correction in H.B. No. 1116:
   1-11        In SECTION 1 of the senate amendment, in Section 501.111(b),
   1-12  Government Code, strike "inmates temporarily displaced because" and
   1-13  substitute "inmates temporarily displaced only because".
