                                 CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
    1-1        WHEREAS, H.B. No. 2605 has passed the house of
    1-2  representatives and the senate and is being prepared for
    1-3  enrollment; and
    1-4        WHEREAS, The text set out in the senate amendments to H.B.
    1-5  No. 2605, in which the house of representatives concurred,
    1-6  inadvertently omits from current law language that is not intended
    1-7  to be repealed; now, therefore, be it
    1-8        RESOLVED by the Legislature of the State of Texas, That the
    1-9  enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed to
   1-10  make the following corrections to H.B. No. 2605:
   1-11        (1)  In Section 26.0291(c)(2), Water Code, as amended, after
   1-12  the semicolon, strike "and".
   1-13        (2)  In Section 26.0291(c)(3), Water Code, as amended,
   1-14  between the last word of the subdivision and the period, insert:
   1-15  "; and
   1-16              (4)  to pay for any expenses of the commission
   1-17  necessary to obtain and administer the NPDES program in lieu of the
   1-18  federal government".
   1-19        (3)  In the second sentence of Section 26.0301(e), Water
   1-20  Code, as amended, between "$500 annually for" and "a wastewater"
   1-21  insert "a person, company, corporation, firm, or partnership that
   1-22  is in the business as".
