H.C.R. No. 182
                              HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
    1-1        WHEREAS, H.B. 2318 of the 73rd Legislature, Regular Session,
    1-2  contains a technical error in a cross-reference in the bill and a
    1-3  clerical correction is necessary to correct the cross-reference;
    1-4  now, therefore, be it
    1-5        RESOLVED by the Legislature of the State of Texas, That the
    1-6  enrolling clerk of the house be instructed to make the following
    1-7  change in the text of the bill:
    1-8        In Section 402.057, Health and Safety Code, amended by
    1-9  Section 5 of the bill, strike the reference to "Section 402.251"
   1-10  and substitute "Section 402.252".
