H.C.R. No. 185
                              HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
    1-1        WHEREAS,  The conference committee report for H.B. No. 273
    1-2  has been adopted by the house of representatives and the senate and
    1-3  H.B. No. 273 is being prepared for enrollment; and
    1-4        WHEREAS, The text set out in the adopted conference committee
    1-5  report for H.B. No. 273 contains an erroneous citation; now,
    1-6  therefore, be it
    1-7        RESOLVED by the Legislature of the State of Texas, That the
    1-8  enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed to
    1-9  make the following correction to H.B. No. 273:
   1-10        In Section 6.02(b)(3), Texas Revised Partnership Act, as
   1-11  added by H.B. No. 273, strike "Subsection (b)(5)" and substitute
   1-12  "Section 6.01(b)(5)".
