H.C.R. No. 186
                              HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
    1-1        WHEREAS, The conference committee report for H.B. No. 1077
    1-2  has been adopted by the house of representatives and the senate and
    1-3  H.B. No. 1077 is being prepared for enrollment; and
    1-4        WHEREAS, The text set out in the adopted conference committee
    1-5  report for H.B. No. 1077 omits from current law language that is
    1-6  not intended to be repealed; now, therefore, be it
    1-7        RESOLVED by the Legislature of the State of Texas, That the
    1-8  enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed to
    1-9  make the following correction to H.B. No.  1077:
   1-10        In Section 4A(b)(1), Development Corporation Act of 1979, as
   1-11  amended by the bill, before the last sentence of that subdivision,
   1-12  insert "A city may not create more than one corporation governed by
   1-13  this section.".
