H.C.R. No. 188
                              HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
    1-1        WHEREAS, The conference committee report on H.B. No. 1540 has
    1-2  been adopted by both houses and is being prepared for enrollment;
    1-3  and
    1-4        WHEREAS, The text of the bill has a technical error in a
    1-5  cross-reference; now, therefore, be it
    1-6        RESOLVED by the Legislature of the State of Texas, That the
    1-7  enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed to
    1-8  make the following correction to H.B. No. 1540:
    1-9        In Section 1 of the bill, in added Article 3.95-2(d)(11),
   1-10  Insurance Code (page 6, line 11, of the Conference Committee
   1-11  Report), strike "Section 3.107(a)(2)(B)" and substitute "Subsection
   1-12  (a)(2)(B)".
