                                 CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
    1-1        WHEREAS, The conference committee report for H.B. No. 1968
    1-2  has been adopted by the senate and the house of representatives and
    1-3  is being prepared for enrollment; and
    1-4        WHEREAS, The conference committee report for H.B. No. 1968
    1-5  failed to properly bracket and strike through language intended to
    1-6  be omitted in SECTION 6; now, therefore, be it
    1-7        RESOLVED by the Legislature of the State of Texas, That the
    1-8  enrolling clerk of the house be instructed to make the following
    1-9  correction in H.B. No. 1968:
   1-10        (1)  In SECTION 6 of the conference committee report, in
   1-11  Section 133.047(b), Natural Resources Code, strike "$500." and
   1-12  substitute ":".
   1-13        (2)  In SECTION 6 of the conference committee report, in
   1-14  Section 133.047(b), Natural Resources Code, strike the underlined
   1-15  period and substitute "<$500>.".
