H.R. No. 360
                                  R E S O L U T I O N
    1-1        WHEREAS, The Texas House of Representatives is proud to join
    1-2  the family and friends of Ms. Janet Allen in honoring this
    1-3  exceptional young woman on the occasion of her 19th birthday; and
    1-4        WHEREAS, Born on March 8, 1974, to R. C. and Helen Allen,
    1-5  Janet throughout her full and active life has brought great joy and
    1-6  happiness to her loving and supportive parents and to her sister,
    1-7  Lizzie, and her brothers, Ford and James; and
    1-8        WHEREAS,       By her kind and gracious demeanor and her
    1-9  open, accepting attitude toward all that life brings to her, she
   1-10  also has earned the respect and admiration of countless friends,
   1-11  who deem themselves fortunate in having known her through the years
   1-12  and who look forward to continued sharing in her life in the
   1-13  future; and
   1-14        WHEREAS, Reaching the age of 19, Janet indeed stands on the
   1-15  threshold of a bright and promising future, with many
   1-16  life-enriching experiences in store; her birthday is an appropriate
   1-17  occasion both to celebrate the culmination of 19 happy and
   1-18  life-affirming years and to welcome with open arms the endless and
   1-19  unlimited opportunities that await this bright, talented, and
   1-20  much-loved young woman; now, therefore, be it
   1-21        RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 73rd Texas
   1-22  Legislature hereby congratulate Janet Allen on the joyous occasion
   1-23  of her 19th birthday celebration and extend to her warmest best
   1-24  wishes for every success and happiness in a full and rewarding
    2-1  future; and, be it further
    2-2        RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
    2-3  prepared for Ms. Allen as an expression of high esteem by the Texas
    2-4  House of Representatives.
