No. 364 R E S O L U T I O N 1-1 WHEREAS, The Texas House of Representatives is proud to honor 1-2 Reed Hilary Ellis Johnson on the occasion of his second birthday; 1-3 and 1-4 WHEREAS, "Reeder," as he is known to family and friends, was 1-5 born to Gordon and Pam Johnson of Austin on March 5, 1991, and his 1-6 irresistible smile and delightful personality have won him friends 1-7 and admirers ever since; and 1-8 WHEREAS, Among those whom he has particularly charmed are his 1-9 doting grandparents, Robert Johnson of Austin, parliamentarian of 1-10 the senate and a former member of this body, his wife, Judy, and 1-11 Joyce Watson of Seguin; and 1-12 WHEREAS, As he faces a future filled with opportunities and 1-13 challenges, Reeder is well equipped to meet the demands of the 1-14 moment, having at hand his favorite blanket, which he calls his 1-15 "T"; and 1-16 WHEREAS, This exceptional individual also has secured the 1-17 affection of two puppies, Lightning and Bailey, and two full-grown 1-18 members of the duck family, whom he calls his "Quack, Quacks"; and 1-19 WHEREAS, The members of this chamber take great pleasure in 1-20 officially observing the birthday of this fine young man and 1-21 honoring his justifiably proud parents and grandparents; now, 1-22 therefore, be it 1-23 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 73rd Texas 1-24 Legislature hereby congratulate Reed Hilary Ellis Johnson on his 2-1 second birthday and extend to him best wishes for happiness and 2-2 success throughout the years to come; and, be it further 2-3 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 2-4 prepared for young Master Reed as an expression of high regard by 2-5 the Texas House of Representatives. 2-6 the Texas House of Representatives. 2-7 Counts 2-8 H.R.
