1-9 Dallas-Fort Worth area school districts, and participants may

1-20 WHEREAS, In doing this, the foundation is fostering a greater
1-21 sense of appreciation for the history and culture of the United

1-24 that an organization such as this has its roots in Texas, a state

2-3 into a proud, unique cultural identity; and
2-4 WHEREAS, By exposing youths to the histories, arts, and

2-8 the diversity of our own origins; it has focused attention on the
2-9 common threads that join people of all cultures while acknowledging
2-10 the unique contributions that each group has made to the world, and
2-11 in doing this, has taken great strides toward building a more
2-12 harmonious, inclusive, and tolerant society; now, therefore, be it
