                                  R E S O L U T I O N
    1-1        WHEREAS, March 31, 1993, is a dark day in the life of Milda
    1-2  Mora as she turns 26 and sees the best years of her life fade away;
    1-3  and
    1-4        WHEREAS, She has toiled as a member of Representative
    1-5  Senfronia Thompson's staff, the Judiciary Committee staff, and the
    1-6  Judicial Affairs Committee staff since the 69th Legislative
    1-7  Session, starting her labor for the house of representatives while
    1-8  still in high school; and
    1-9        WHEREAS, Ms. Mora worked most of the 72nd Session of the
   1-10  legislature while pregnant and gave birth to her son, still getting
   1-11  in most of a day of work the day he was born, and she only missed
   1-12  one committee meeting afterwards; and
   1-13        WHEREAS, She has carried out the duties of committee clerk
   1-14  for the Judicial Affairs Committee, mostly cheerfully, attempting
   1-15  to handle the many demands of the members she has had to work with;
   1-16  and
   1-17        WHEREAS, On the occasion of her 26th birthday with the sunny
   1-18  days of her youth past her, Ms. Mora still manages to brighten the
   1-19  days of those who work with her; now, therefore, be it
   1-20        RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 73rd Texas
   1-21  Legislature wish Ms. Mora a happy birthday and much future success;
   1-22  and, be it further
   1-23        RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
    2-1  prepared for Milda Mora as an expression of thanks and high regard
    2-2  by the Texas House of Representatives.
